High Street :: The place we call home

High Street Littles is a collection of super soft swaddle blankets and trendy little graphic tees. I started my brand when my son was just turning one, it helped us raise funds to adopt our daughter about a year later, and now we are in the process of adopting one more! With a background in graphic design and a passion for art, I love what I do and I hope to pour just the right amount of love into each piece I make. Thank you so much for supporting our small shop, and supporting our family in the process.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. If the order has been started it will be subject to materials and/or restocking fees.

SHIPPING
All items will be sent via USPS First Class unless otherwise requested or arranged. When shipping within the United States, First Class comes with tracking, but does not come with insurance. If you need insurance please contact me to make arrangements. As the buyer, you are responsible for the package once it is marked as delivered. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced or refunded. International packages are sent via USPS First Class and come with tracking, but no guaranteed shipping time. High Street Littles is not responsible for delayed shipping times or packages lost by the postal service once it has left the United States.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you LOVE what you buy! However, if you find there is a defect in the item you purchased, you may request a return by emailing returns@highstreetlittles.com. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, returns are only available if there is a defect in the product. We do not resell clothing that has been returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your payment method, it may a few business days before it shows up on your account.
